Natal Children's Home![]() NuTec has once again extended a helping hand in response to a desperate appeal for funds by the Natal Children’s Home, home to 72 vulnerable children who have been placed there by social welfare. Pictured (L to R) – Philip Noall (Accountant – NuTec), Renier Zietsman (Nutritionist – NuTec), Charmaine Schoon (Fundraiser – Natal Children’s Home), Jane Morcom (Fundraiser – Natal Children’s Home). The Natal Children’s Home once served as a hospital for British troops at Fort Napier during the Anglo-Boer War. They now house 75 severely abused and neglected children from all over South Africa as well as other countries. NuTec has once again reached out to assist the home by contributing financially towards the running of the home. Pictured are some of the abandoned children residing at the home together with NuTec Staff; Frans van Heerden, Di-Ann Pillay and Nikki Moodey who is seen handing over the cheque to Jane Morcom and Charmaine Schoon from the Natal Children’s Home. |
